What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and promote resident wellness, safety, and comfort.
  • Lead and support care staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct resident assessments and help develop or update care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families.
  • Respond promptly to medical needs, emergencies, or changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Educate residents and families on health, wellness, and care procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with state and community standards.
  • Participate in training, staff development, and performance feedback for care team members.
  • Ensure infection control and safety procedures are consistently followed.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Director and other team members to support overall community health goals.


What You’ll Need:

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • CPR/First Aid certification (must be maintained)
  • 1+ years in assisted living or other related health care, preferred
  • 3+ years of geriatric experience, preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and support staff with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Sensitivity and aptitude for working with residents, families, and team members
