Baystate Health is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. As a Nurse Resident, you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education, hands-on experience, and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN.
The Nurse Residency Program runs alongside your RN position and provides additional education, development, and support as you begin your nursing career.
