About the role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated full-time Registered Nurse to join the Rehab team, a 25-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Reporting directly to the Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You’ll be working alongside a fantastic multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals, all focused on helping our patients achieve their personal rehabilitation goals. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, providing care, administering medications, and ensuring each person feels supported and comfortable throughout their recovery journey.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll work closely with patients recovering from a range of conditions, providing both physical and emotional care as they rebuild their independence.
