Join our Primary Care team as an RN Ambulatory Triage Nurse, providing expert telephone triage support for a busy clinic serving 10 providers at our Bloomington location on Clarizz Blvd. In this role, you will assess patient symptoms, determine the appropriate level of care, coordinate scheduling, and deliver patient guidance in a collaborative primary care environment that also includes specialized medical weight management services. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with no weekends or holidays, promoting excellent work-life balance. Training is completed onsite, with the opportunity to transition to remote work once competency is established and operational needs allow.
