The Tasmanian Health Service seeks qualified Registered Nurses to join the LGH Nursing Pool on a permanent basis to support Medical, Surgical, Specialty, Rural and Midwifery areas.
The Launceston General Hospital is a 300 bed teaching hospital situated in central Launceston in the North of Tasmania. Pool Nursing at the Launceston General Hospital is diverse and dynamic within a supportive environment. Applicants are required to have experience that lends itself to working across several areas.

Multiple, permanent, full time, shift worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$80,524 to $109,175 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
