
Family Service Association is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our incredible team at our Adult Day Health program. We have 1 Per Diem position available at our Bridgeview ADH. The hourly rate is $32. The program is scheduled to be open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Our staff in the Adult Day Health program are dedicated to supporting our participants in building friendships, exploring new interests, and strengthen their ability to remain independent in the community. Joining our team means you will see the positive impact and sense of community our program has on our participants and their caregivers every day. Our staff work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants by providing hands-on skilled care in a structured, medical setting.
The Registered Nurse at our Adult Day Health program oversees the direct care provided by staff. The Registered Nurse works in partnership with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote social-emotional and physical health for our participants.
