Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

📍 Locations: Queens | Brooklyn | Bronx | Manhattan | Staten Island
💲 Pay: $55/hour + Incentives
🕒 Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available | Part-Time & Per Diem
💉 RN Visit Rates: IV/Infusion Visits – $125 per case | Wound Care Visits – $125 per case

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Pediatric RNs to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing services to children throughout New York City.

Position Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver skilled, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions

• Manage specialized equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate and support families regarding care plans and treatment goals

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred

• Current BLS certification required

• PALS certification preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently in a home care setting

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases within NYC

Available Schedules

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Weekend shifts

Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16–40 hours per week.
