Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic team, working a 2x10 schedule on Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30am–6pm As a key member of our Physician Operations team, you’ll deliver exceptional clinical care to individuals living with mental illness and substance use disorders. This role supports our Adult Intensive Services division, which provides specialized, daily care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness while helping them maintain vital connections to family and community. The ideal candidate is a skilled, collaborative nurse who thrives in complex systems, works independently, and is passionate about making a difference. Previous experience with adults facing severe mental illness and substance use challenges is strongly preferred. Salary for this role. Starting wage is based on licensure and company equity. Paid bi-weekly.
Bilingual Language Differential Pay. *Rate depends on language requirements for the position and the candidate's fluency.
Employees will receive scheduled earnings on a bi-weekly basis, equivalent to 5% of their regular base rate (hourly or salaried), with a maximum amount of $1,500.00 per calendar year. The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full-time equivalency (FTE).

Required Vaccination and TB Test.

As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work.
