Department Summary:
The Pain Rehabilitation Centers at Boston Children’s Hospital are intensive interdisciplinary day treatment programs for patients ages 8-26 who experience functional impairments due to chronic pain. Using a biopsychosocial model of care, the programs provide coordinated interdisciplinary care to support symptom management, functional restoration, and return to daily life activities.
This is a newly developed nursing role and will serve as the primary nursing position supporting both programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating admissions, triaging patient concerns, and supporting the delivery of interdisciplinary patient care.
