We are seeking an RN to work support an OB/GYN clinic. This onsite position is based in the OB/GYN office at IU Health West Medical Office Building, located at 1111 Ronald Reagan Parkway, Suite C1400, Avon, IN 46123. Primary responsibilities include clinical phone triage for OB/GYN patients, as well as assisting with blood draws and vital signs as needed. Labor & Delivery experience is preferred, though not required.

Core Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

No weekends, No holidays, No call.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
