
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Nursing or related medical field. Current New York State Registered Nurse. Three (3) years of full-time Registered Nurse experience in a clinical, hospital or ambulatory setting. Administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Nursing or Medical field. Case management experience. Experience auditing medical records and providing data reports to management. Experience with the following patient populations: PTSD/depression, cancer, lung disease, sleep apnea and/or cognitive decline. Familiar with the WTC Healthcare Program and its processes.
Brief Description of Duties:
The RN Administrator is a clinical leader who delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing care coordination for individuals with complex and chronic conditions. This role blends direct patient care with program leadership, requiring the ability to pivot based on clinical and operational needs. The RN Administrator mentors and supervises clinical staff, including LPNs and Medical Assistants, ensuring adherence to standards of care and regulatory compliance. Serving as a central point of coordination, the RN Administrator manages patient care across the continuum - conducting assessments, facilitating timely interventions, and addressing barriers to care. They lead quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing access, closing care gaps, and improving patient outcomes, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive program success.

**The incumbent must be willing to work and travel between the Westbury and Commack clinic locations. Occasional Evenings and Saturdays will be required.
