We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Phillips State Prison.
Shift
Status: Full-time | Schedule: Nights | 36 hours per week | rotating weekends
Compensation
Hourly
rate: $41 to $46 per hour, based on experience

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor, the RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s degree in Nursing required
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain one
Active Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check
