Job Description

The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient’s response to care. Strives to excel in skill performance, personal growth and professional excellence.

Education Required Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.

Credential/Licensure Required Is currently licensed or able to become licensed to practice as an RN in Wisconsin; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Shift: Working Casual Call, 12 hour shifts. Shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. OR 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.

Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
