Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical-Surgical Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts.
In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions while working as part of a collaborative community hospital team.
Our Medical-Surgical team offers the variety that makes community hospital nursing unique. Nurses care for patients across a range of diagnoses, ages, and acuity levels, with exposure to MedSurg, telemetry, intermediate care, and ED overflow. As a MedSurg RN, you’ll build broad clinical experience while caring for diverse patients in a collaborative team environment.

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
