Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
Document all care, observations, and resident interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of daily care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and respectful care environment.
Participate in shift reports, staff meetings, and ongoing education and training as required.
Qualifications:
Current and active LPN license and RN License in good standing with the state board of nursing.
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate compassion and professionalism in all interactions.
Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
All shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
