Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them
• Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems
• Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services
• Administer workloads
• Follow care regulations and standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• Proven nursing experience

• Licensure by the State of Indiana

Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Baylor Weekend Shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift

PREMIUM PAY plus shift diffs, and weekend diffs.

Experience:

Prefer at least 1 year, will train.

License/Certification

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN (Preferred)
• Nursing Licensed (Required)
