As a Registered Nurse Level IV, you will leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to fellow team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care on the unit.
The 4100/4200 Unit at Unity Hospital is a moderately-acute telemetry unit that specializes in the care of patients with a wide range of medical conditions, with a particular focus on pulmonary care. We provide patient-centered care to a diverse population, offering unique opportunities for nurses and healthcare professionals to advance their clinical expertise in both telemetry and respiratory care. This role is part of the Registered Nurse Level IV / Clinical Nurse IV must complete the following:
Complete the Clinical Ladder binder within 12 months of employment
Minimum of 5 activities in each Pillar (Leadership, Quality, and Organizational Contribution)
15 Continuing education units (CEU's)
20 Flex items

SCHEDULE:Day/Evening/Night - Every other weekend / holiday
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
Minimum of 6 months experience as a registered nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
