Position: Registered Nurse Inpatient

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is a leading Manpower Consultancy in
Bahrain

Location: Tripoli, Libya

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered
Nurse to join our team in the Inpatient Ward. The Charge Nurse will be
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ward, ensuring the
delivery of safe and effective patient care, and providing leadership and
support to the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Inpatient
  Ward, including staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation
• - Ensure that all patients receive high-quality, compassionate
  care in a timely manner
• - Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, including
  mentoring, training, and performance evaluations
• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and
  implement patient care plans
• - Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and
  confidentiality
• - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
  healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience
• - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
  of practice
• - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute
  to the development of policies and procedures
• - Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a
  professional and timely manner
• - Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements
  in nursing practice and incorporate them into the ward's operations

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• - Valid nursing license from home country
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
• - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in
  patient care
• - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
  skills
• - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  simultaneously
• - Proficiency in electronic medical records and other computer
  systems
• - Fluency in English and Arabic is required
