About Our ICU
Our 5-bed Intensive Care Unit cares for a diverse mix of critically ill medical and surgical patients, as well as step-down individuals who require close monitoring and specialized support. We maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Our ICU team is known for exceptional collaboration, a positive culture, and a strong commitment to supporting one another. You’ll join a close-knit, family-like environment that values communication, mentorship, and mutual respect.
1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios for safe, quality care
Care for a mix of medical, surgical, and cardiac patients
Collaborative interdisciplinary team: physicians, respiratory therapists, and critical care specialists
Structured orientation and mentorship programs (ideal for nurses new to ICU)
Opportunities for specialty certifications (CCRN, TNCC, etc.) and leadership roles
Flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and supplemental options
Current Illinois RN License
BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
1+ year of ICU or acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team
Physical stamina and emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment
If you’re an experienced ICU nurse, we’d love your expertise. Strong RNs from other units who are motivated to transition into critical care are also encouraged to apply!
Hourly Range: $31.25–$46.88
Shift, evening/night, and weekend incentives available
