As a Hospice Admission Nurse, you will provide the comprehensive nursing care for hospice patients in the patient's home. The Home Hospice Nurse is responsible for managing and supervising the care of patients. Our Home-Hospice RN's perform office duties and support case management responsibilities. This team is responsible for the clinical supervision of HCAs, LPNs, and student nurses in the management of the patients' plan of care
