Looking for flexibility and meaningful patient connections? Saint Luke's Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Day RN to deliver exceptional care in patients' homes.

• RN MO and KS or Compact required
• BLS required
• Driver's License required
• M-F 8a-5p; flexibility
• Occasional weekends required

The Opportunity

Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice serves multiple counties in Kansas and Missouri. Our specially trained nurses, therapists, and other skilled staff have delivered high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes and under their physicians' direct supervision for more than 30 years. A Home Health Registered Nurse functions independently and is responsible for providing patient care in the home setting. Duties of the position include:

• Utilizing the nursing process throughout the provision of patient/family care.
• Coordinating the care of patients and consulting other disciplines of the health care team.
• Facilitating patient care, anticipating patient care needs, individualizing patient care and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate.
• Collaborating with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.
• Adhering to all nursing policies and standards and proactively strives to maintain and improve quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Driver's License - Various, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree - Nursing
