Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.
As a Registered Nurse in our residential setting serving 16 residents, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality health care to individuals facing mental health challenges. At Chartiers Center’s Long-Term Structured Residence, you’ll be part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team committed to supporting residents' overall care.

Minimum
Qualifications:
RN with PA licensure with one (1) year related nursing experience preferred. Valid Driver's License required.

The staff and leadership of Chartiers Center are committed to providing compassionate support to those in need who face behavioral health, co-occurring disorders, or IDD challenges as they transform their lives. The Agency has grown its service offerings so that a wide range of programs, service types and service locations are available to adults with intellectual disabilities, consumers with behavioral health needs, individuals and families dealing with substance abuse and the homeless community. Services range from treatment and medication monitoring, to day programs, outpatient therapy, substance abuse services (treat consumers 12 years of age and older ), case management and residential programs to serve a variety of consumer needs and multiple housing options to support the homeless or those at risk of losing their home.
