Registered Nurse - All Unity Service Areas
The Registered Nurse - Float B is responsible for rotating duties covering Admissions, Hospital, or Community, depending on staffing needs. The nurse works collaboratively with the primary care teams, interdisciplinary team, and schedule coordinators to achieve high-quality patient standards.
Schedule: Monthly schedule working 3–4 days per week between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (Admissions, Hospital, or Community). Weekend rotation is currently every 8th weekend but may vary, with a minimum requirement of every 3rd weekend. Includes approximately 10–15 backup on-call shifts per year and 1–2 holidays annually.
