We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our team as Executive Director, overseeing clinical care, staff leadership, and overall facility operations. You’ll work closely with our residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care and joyful living every day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead resident care, assessments, and care planning
- Supervise and train staff with a focus on teamwork and excellence
- Ensure compliance with MN Assisted Living regulations
- Oversee admissions, family relations, and community outreach
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency preparedness
Qualifications
- Current MN RN license (required)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
- Willingness to obtain MN Assisted Living Director License
- Strong communication, compassion, and organizational skills

Pay Range
- Salary starts at $83,000 plus a quarterly bonus plan

Schedule
- Monday - Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Occasional evenings or weekends for events or emergencies
