In this role, you will assess residents’ clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans. You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.
We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses who are passionate about aged care and open to relocating to Esperance. Visa sponsorship may also be available for eligible Registered Nurses already residing in Australia.
