The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient’s response to care. The RN will strive to excel in skill performance, personal growth and professional excellence.
Education Required Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment; Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) or Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) within one year of employment; Pediatric Course encouraged; ENPC or PALS.
Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. Various shift options, 12- hour shifts. There is an additional 10% differential for Casual Call hours worked.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
