Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
Valid registered nurse license to practice professional nursing in Texas from the State Board of Nurse Examiners
CPR/ AED/First Aid certification
Certified by Texas Department of Health to conduct vision and hearing screening
Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment screening certificate
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement policies and procedures
Maintaining electronic health records
Preferably Two years of nursing experience, preferably in school or community health
