Anchored by Southern New Hampshire Medical Center—a 188-bed, DNV-accredited hospital in downtown Nashua with a Level III-N trauma center, Level II Special Care Nursery, and Magnet® designation for nursing excellence—we offer a full spectrum of services from primary care to advanced diagnostics and specialized treatments. • Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff and assist with onboarding.
  • Respond to urgent or emergent situations in accordance with facility guidelines.
  • Stay current on competencies, licensure, and ongoing educational requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in NH (or NLC state/MA) and BLS certification required.
  • 1+ year of professional nursing experience preferred; ambulatory care experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, EMR systems, and patient-centered care models.
  • Skilled communicator with excellent time management, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Why You’ll Love Us:

  • Health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employees
  • Short-term, long-term disability, life & pet insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement & Nursing Student Loan Paydown Program
