Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the MedSurg, IMC and ICU units. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Qualifications: Active Texas RN license Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
