ICU Stepdown: $31.86 – $46.28/hr
Cardiac Neuro / Telemetry: $30.75 – $44.68/hr
Shift Differentials
Night Shift: +$4.50/hr
Weekend Shift: +$1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus
CVICU: $15,000 Days | $20,000 Nights
Stepdown: $15,000 Days | $20,000 Nights
Cardiac Neuro: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights
Schedule: 3×12 shifts | Days or Nights
A Level II Trauma Center in the Sanford area is expanding several specialty nursing units including cardiovascular intensive care, stepdown, and cardiac neuro services.

12-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit treating high-acuity cardiac surgery patients.
Typical ratio:
1:1 – 1:2
Requirements:
Recent ICU RN experience
ACLS
NIH Stroke Scale
15-bed stepdown unit caring for monitored patients requiring advanced support.
Typical ratio:
3:1 – 4:1
Candidates should have:
Stepdown
PCU
Cardiac nursing experience
26-bed stroke-focused inpatient unit.
Typical ratio:
1:6
Cardiac and neurological patient population including post-CABG, MI, and stroke patients.
Monitor patient condition and perform assessments
Administer medications and IV treatments
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
Support hospital safety protocols
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
Accredited ASN, RN Diploma, or BSN program
BLS certification
Recent acute care RN experience required
