Registered Nurse (Complex Care)
West Midlands
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Complex Care) to join a high-quality care provider supporting individuals with complex health needs across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering clinical excellence and making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with complex health needs
  • Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning
  • Administer medications and manage clinical interventions safely and effectively
  • Monitor, evaluate, and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
  • Ensure all care delivery complies with clinical governance and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
  • Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times
  • Support and mentor care staff where required

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
  • Active NMC registration
  • Experience in complex care, community nursing, or similar clinical setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
