Merakey is seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Broussard, Louisiana (Lafayette Parish), offering $38.49 an hour and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community-based behavioral health care.
This position supports the development, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs for nurses within Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams. The ACT Clinical Nurse Trainer ensures that all training aligns with evidence-based practices, ACT model fidelity standards, and organizational goals, while also providing clinical oversight, documentation review, and ongoing education to nursing staff.
The RN Clinical Trainer is responsible for the training of staff in the ACT/FACT product line. The RN Clinical Trainer supports the development of the employee and the quality of services delivered. The RN Clinical Trainer provides specialized training to nursing staff.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisiana. Valid LA Driver's License and appropriate state and federal clearances. 3-5 years of experience working in Behavioral Health.
