The Behavioral Health Clinical Navigator Registered Nurse is responsible for reviewing, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of clinical documentation. The Clinical Navigator is responsible for suggesting and implementing changes, educating field staff on documentation requirements, and ensuring state and federal requirements are consistently followed. The Behavioral Health Clinical Navigator RN optimizes quality of care across the clinical departments by undertaking efforts to review clinical competency and ensure regulatory adherence.

What is Required?

The base salary for this position is $83,000 to $90,000 annually based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
