Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Infusion Program Manager

Location: Upper East Side

Org Unit: Memory Disorders

Work Days: Monday-Friday

Weekly Hours: 35.00

Exemption Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $119,100.00 - $135,000.00

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices

This role focuses on coordinating Alzheimer's infusion therapy, including managing EPIC communications, tracking infusion schedules, and ensuring compliance with imaging and registry requirements. It involves leading weekly meetings with infusion centers, updating tracking tools, supporting patient education, and collaborating daily with providers and staff to maintain smooth operations and patient safety.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer infusion-related EPIC medical and logistical messages.
  • Ongoing management of complex infusion schedule utilizing excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft programs.
  • Lead infusion center coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate with patients, clinicians and staff daily.
  • Prepare updates reviewing safety and logistic issues.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

At least 2 years job experience as an infusion RN preferred

At least 1 year experience as project manager using project management tools including Microsoft Suite.

Experience with amyloid targeting therapies preferred.

Clinical social worker with experience in working with Alzheimer patients may also be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent excel spreadsheet management skills required.
  • Must have at least RN-level knowledge or ability to quickly learn basic medical management related to infusion reactions and side effects.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to delegate, lead by example, and oversee meticulously.

Licenses and Certifications

  • RN or LCSW required

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

9am - 5pm outpatient office, walking in an office, working at a desk utilizing a computer.
