Helping Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing Perth team in a unique role that combines clinical leadership, staff training, participant support, stakeholder engagement and business growth.
This is not a traditional nursing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with participants and families, delivering clinical training and representing our organisation within the Disability & Aged Care sector.

About the Role
As the Registered Nurse - Clinical & Community Partnerships, you will combine clinical expertise with community engagement and business development activities. You will be responsible for supporting participants with clinical needs, delivering training to support workers, maintaining clinical standards and building strong relationships with referral partners and stakeholders across the disability and healthcare sectors. This role is primarily office-based in South Perth but will involve travel to participant homes, networking events, meetings with stakeholders and community engagement activities.

Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. We welcome applications from internationally qualified Registered Nurses who are eligible for registration with AHPRA. Registered Nurses currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) are strongly encouraged to apply and will be highly regarded.
