Great opportunity at the Willmar Lakeland Clinic as a Registered Nurse in Family Practice!

• Performs clinical procedures such as IV insertions, dressing changes, and other treatments within scope of practice.

• Provides patient education to support understanding of health conditions, treatments, and care plans.

• Delivers direct patient care under the direction of the provider, including chronic disease management.

• Maintains and updates accurate patient health information in the electronic health record.

• Ensures emergency equipment and clinical resources are stocked and ready to support safe, high-quality care.

• Supports provider practice by applying the nursing process and utilizing RN clinical skills.

• Manages and coordinates prescription refill processes for patients.

Schedule

• Casual position - Varied schedule | Onsite

• Weekday shifts between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM

Pay

• Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

  • Pay range: $33.98 - $50.96 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
• Good communication, computer, documentation, and time management skills.
• Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.

Department

The CentraCare, Willmar Lakeland Clinic, includes family medicine, OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine and ultrasound services. This clinic is located next door to the Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
