PRN, 10 hour shifts
Monday - Friday
6:45 am - 5:15 pm
Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate the nursing care provided for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age, and adolescents
Professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients, for a designated time frame, and provides quality care to these patients
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Hold current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing
1 or more years of experience as an RN
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Current CPR certification required
Must obtain PALS certification within 1 year of employment
Demonstrate advanced and mature critical thinking and assessment skills
