Our Cardiac Catheter Labs
Cabrini’s three Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratories performs over 3000 procedures a year. More than 30 cardiologists, representing diagnostic, interventional and electrophysiology cardiology, have regular sessions within the Laboratory. Our Cath Labs are technology-driven, patient-focused, and designed for excellence. With advanced Interventional, Electrophysiology (EP), and Structural Heart capabilities, we are committed to providing the highest standard of cardiac care in a collective and innovative environment.
Elective services are offered Monday to Friday however a 24 hour on-call service is available to support the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit.
How you will make an impact
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals.
Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality
What we're looking for:
Current registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
Victorian Working with Children Check (if applicable)
Registered Nurse Grade 2 Year 2+ (essential)
Experience working in Cardiac Catheter Labs
Skills in both interventional and structural Cardiology (preferred)
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
