Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
Location: Snellville, GA
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00–17:30)
Start Date: 04/13/2026
Duration: 14 weeks

Schedule:

  • Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week
  • Every third weekend required
  • Floating within facility or sister campus (Piedmont Eastside South) as needed
  • Call: 10 call days/month
  • Compliance required to start on assigned date

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate procedures in the Cath Lab
  • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
  • Administer and monitor procedural sedation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PT, respiratory, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, lift teams, rapid response teams, and transportation
  • Care for adults and geriatric patients
  • Work in a 3-room, 5-bed Cath Lab with daily census of 8–10 patients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Experience with procedural sedation, dysrhythmia management, and circulating in Cath Lab procedures
  • Familiarity with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR documentation
