White Cross Whangārei is evolving, and we’re looking for casual Registered Nurses who want to be part of a service making a real difference.

As we expand towards a 10pm close, this is your chance to contribute to a modern urgent care clinic delivering accessible, high-quality care to the Whangārei community, when it matters most.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a casual nurse, you’ll step into a fast-paced urgent care environment where no two shifts are the same.

You will:

• Perform accurate assessments and deliver evidence-based care
• Provide culturally safe care to patients and their whānau
• Maintain clear documentation and support patient understanding
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment

You’ll also play a key role in supporting evening and weekend care, helping extend access for the local community.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a nurse who:

• Is a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Has experience in urgent care or acute settings
• Is confident, adaptable, and thrives in a busy environment
• Brings a calm, compassionate approach
• Enjoys working as part of a team-first culture
• Is open to evening and weekend shifts
