A well-established acute care hospital in Independence, MO is seeking experienced and compassionate Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a 36-bed cardiac specialty unit. Shift Differentials: +$3/hr Nights | +$2/hr Weekends
$12,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)

36-Bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
Days: 4–5:1
Nights: 5–6:1
Common patient conditions: Chest pain, stroke/TIA, COPD, GI, post-operative, arrhythmias, drips, and accelerated heart rhythms.
Monitor, assess, and provide nursing care for patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry.
Interpret ECGs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Deliver safe, evidence-based care for patients 16+ requiring cardiac step-down support.
Apply strong clinical judgment in emergency and high-acuity situations.
Promote patient safety by identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with physicians, team members, and leadership to support high-quality outcomes.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required
Education: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Licensure:
Active Missouri RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
Certifications:
BLS required upon hire
ACLS required within 1 year of hire
