Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stress Testing
Location: Snellville, GA
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00–17:30)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: 04/13/2026
Duration: 14 weeks
Department/Unit: Cardiac Ultrasound Procedural RN
Schedule:

• Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week
• Block schedules: No
• Floating within facility as needed
• No weekend or call requirements
• Major holidays may require coverage if they fall within assignment

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac stress testing for adult and geriatric patients, including exercise stress tests, pharmacological stress tests (primarily Dobutamine), and stress echocardiograms
• Obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG recordings
• Administer medications and monitor patient response, including Dobutamine
• Provide safe, patient-centered care in a procedural cardiac setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for documentation and medication administration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in Cardiac Stress Testing, Exercise Stress Test, Pharmacological Stress Test, and Stress Echo
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be travel-ready and compliant with facility onboarding requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in cardiac procedural units or similar clinical settings
• Ability to care for adults and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with Pyxis and procedural documentation
