At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. What you will do
In the Administrative Nurse Supervisor role you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care
Minimum Qualifications
Education Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
Licensure Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
Certification BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire. FCCS and CPI/NCI within one year of hire date.
Preferred Skills:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN degree preferred.
Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.
