Pay Range $34.29-$51.42 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials).
Shift Differentials:
Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $3.00 per hour
Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour
Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000

Essential Job Function:
Requirements
Minimum Required Education/Experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
Pre-Employment Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in a critical care facility.
• Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing.
• Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e-mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents).
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior.
• Knowledge of care-based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees and administration.

Necessary Special Requirements Must obtain annual flu vaccination and any job-specific immunizations. Required to complete Tuberculosis testing/screening.
Licenses or Certificates Valid state license as an RN. Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
Unusual Demands Work is subject to recurring and inflexible deadlines and frequent interruptions.
