Position Title: Registered Nurse

Work Set Up Onsite

What you'll do:

• Handle healthcare-related inquiries from patients, members, providers, or clients through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and appropriate health information based on established guidelines and procedures.
• Review medical records, clinical documentation, and patient information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with patient care coordination, follow-ups, referrals, and other healthcare-related processes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, and internal teams as needed.
• Document all interactions, patient information, and case updates accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Review and process healthcare-related requests, authorizations, claims, or documentation depending on account requirements.
• Identify and escalate clinical or patient concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional or department.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, company policies, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and healthcare information.
• Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer service metrics.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks required by the healthcare account.
• Participate in training and stay updated on healthcare processes, policies, and account-specific procedures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active nursing license.
• At least 1–2 years of nursing, healthcare, or clinical experience preferred.
• BPO, healthcare account, medical coding, utilization management, case management, or insurance experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and patient-care skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling medical information.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls, inquiries, and healthcare-related cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, or other healthcare-related software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to work in a BPO environment and follow assigned shifts, including night shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
