A hospital outside Butte, Montana is seeking Registered Nurses to join its growing clinical team! Pay: $30.31-$58.63 / hourly Registered Nurse Opportunity: Multiple openings available in Med/Surg and Circulator (Operating Room) departments Full-time, permanent, direct-hire positions Med/Surg schedule: 0.9 FTE (approximately 36 hours per week); Circulator schedule: four 10-hour shifts with call requirements Sign-on bonuses available up to $10,000 , plus retention bonuses up to $30,000 for qualifying candidates Relocation assistance may be available Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout the care continuum Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Support patient care needs within either the Medical/Surgical Unit or Surgical Services department Registered Nurse Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Current Montana RN license required Current BLS certification required ACLS and PALS required (or obtainable within required timeframe, depending on department) Previous acute care and/or perioperative nursing experience preferred The Surrounding Montana Community: Enjoy world-class fly-fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, and biking opportunities Home to the University of Montana Western and an excellent school system Friendly small-town community offering an outstanding outdoor lifestyle and quality of life
