There is also a $3,000 sign on bonus if you aren't already a state employee. $1500 paid on your first check and the remaining $1500 at the completion of your 6 months. Current state employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency

Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
