Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will oversee daily nursing operations, deliver direct clinical care, and help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily shift activities.
  • Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and laboratory-related procedures.
  • Complete comprehensive resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
  • Manage admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide patient and family education as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • New graduate RNs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
