Location: Peninsula Post-Acute, Burlingame, CA

Position: Part-Time (AM / PM / NOC Shifts Available)

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight

  • Provide and oversee nursing care for a designated group of residents.
  • Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and safely.

Acute Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Care Coordination

  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning activities.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

Team Support

  • Provide guidance and support to LVNs and CNAs.
  • Promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
