Job Description

Infinite Aged Care Mount Lofty, a respected not-for-profit aged care provider, is seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (minimum 12 months' RN experience) to join our dedicated clinical team on a full-time basis.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

The successful candidate must be experienced and available to work across morning (06:30 - 14:00), afternoon (14:00 - 22:00) and night duty (21:30 - 07:00) shifts.

The Role

You’ll deliver person‑centred clinical care, support residents’ wellbeing, and work closely with our care, lifestyle and hospitality teams. Our RNs lead by example, uphold safe practice, and help create a positive, respectful environment for residents and colleagues.

About You

  • Caring, reliable and aligned with our resident‑first values
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and teamwork
  • AHPRA‑registered RN (no restrictions)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
  • Aged care experience welcome but not essential - we hire for attitude and heart

Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending, lifting, pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
